We recruit school leavers, graduates and postgraduates to all our banking and insurance entities, from retail, professional and business banking to wealth management, private banking, insurance and investment banking.
By the same token, we recruit to all our areas of expertise, such as product and digital marketing, big data, actuarial and statistics, IT systems, risk management, audit, compliance, legal affairs, communications and human resources.
Your integration is our priority
Throughout the length of your contract, you will be assigned to a mentor or tutor who will be responsible for training and guiding you. He or she will also be the contact person for your educational organisation.
To facilitate your integration, several Group entities have set up virtual communities of work-study recruits and interns. Baptised Student@work, it gives details of team games, after-work events, documents and information on in-house social media. Themed half days are also available, such as on international voluntary work and advice on CVs, motivation letters and interviews.
At the end of your Crédit Agricole SA contract, you will be offered the opportunity to join our young talent pool, where our best work-study students, interns and international volunteers are given priority access to new jobs.
