INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERS

Do you have a higher degree and want professional experience abroad? Join Crédit Agricole Group as an international volunteer. You will be given an assignment that will develop your skills while working on various missions contributing to Group performance. You will also benefit from numerous career openings that the Group can offer.

WHY JOIN US

More than 200 international volunteers per year

At the end of 2015, the Group had over 200 international volunteers in post in Group entities in the USA, Asia and Europe, and in a wide range of roles. Most missions are in corporate and investment banking, but the Group also offers these opportunities in international retail banking, asset management and private banking, for example.

A route to employment

If you want to continue with the Group at the end of a successful international volunteer mission, you will have priority in applying for permanent jobs in France and abroad.

Contract and eligibility

In accordance with the law, international volunteer posts are open to citizens of France or EEA countries (EU plus Norway and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. Our Group also restricts international volunteers to applicants with higher degrees from a business or engineering school or university. An internship in the banking sector is an advantage, as is good English.

  • CV CV
  • YOUR CV IN ENGLISH: A MUST!

You need to submit a CV in English if you want an international volunteer post. As in French, grammar and syntax matter! Go straight to the point in describing your skills and experience.

  • INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEER: A CAREER DECISION

According to Claire, a recruitment manager specialising in the international volunteer scheme, “You should think hard about what you want to do in terms of mission and country. Don’t focus on the big financial centres. Do your research – it really has to match what you’re really looking for.”
