The graduate programme is a hectic cycle of learning and creativity. At the moment, and all in the same working day, I’m working on an ultra-technical mission and a wholly strategic one. The graduate programme is far more than I expected. My training and high-level support mean very rapid progress.

As a graduate, I get assigned challenging and responsible missions that give me real visibility. Close support from management and HR ensures I can cope with the day-to-day issues that are usually handled by experienced staff. The ‘learning path’ has given me an understanding of the Group and its challenges that would otherwise have taken me years to acquire. It’s a major advantage in the success of my missions.

The exposure and high level of responsibility I am given encourage me to move well beyond my comfort zone. I’m continually challenged and stimulated, which is increasing my understanding and skills at a rapid rate. Plenty of HR and management feedback means I get the benefit of experienced points of view and answers to the many questions I can gave as a young graduate. And thanks to the year class spirit in the programme, I’ve been able to create my own network in various Group entities.
