A helping hand for parents

In 2009, Crédit Agricole Group signed the French government’s Parents’ Charter. The move demonstrates its commitment to policies that favour its employees’ family as well as professional life.

The Group has promised to create a positive environment for employees with families, especially pregnant women, and will respect the principle of non-discrimination in the professional development of employees with families.

These promises are anything but vague: progress is tracked by the Corporate Parenthood Observatory.

Evergreen, an original eco-campus

Evergreen, an original eco-campus

With 170,000 square metres of office space, 4 hectares of gardens and (soon) 9,000 staff, the Evergreen campus is Crédit Agricole SA’s head office at Montrouge. There really aren’t many sites of this size in the middle of a town so close to Paris! The eco-campus is an innovative site with ambitions ranging from the managerial (developing transversal relationships) to the economic (teamwork) and human (employee well-being). It is a town within a town, with its own restaurants and cafeteria, sports hall, media library, maintenance staff and banking services !
