Mobili'Jobs: for internal transfers

In a bid to favour internal career mobility, the Group runs ‘Mobili’Jobs’ events open to all. Held several times a year, these events enable employees from different entities to discuss transfer opportunities informally with the experts, apply for different posts and sit pre-selection interviews. They also offer workshops on CV writing and interview technique.

A world of possibilities

Keen to facilitate transfers of skills and knowledge between its European banking networks, Crédit Agricole Group has introduced a 1-6 month placement and exchange programme for employees seeking opportunities to work in a different entity in France or abroad.

Our very own university

With more than 160,000 staff trained through e-learning and on-site, IFCAM – the Group’s own university – offers more than 600 courses designed to develop employees’ expertise in their core business and in the skills of tomorrow. On top of its complete e-learning range, IFCAM is now offering massive online open courses (MOOCs). This audacious professional project construction tool puts employees in touch with ‘Pulse Leaders’, who are Group staff committed to advise and share their own experience with employees looking thinking about their own professional projects.
